I am writing to tell you that the screening and final glazing (plastic) of our porch has been a success.

We always receive compliments on the looks, and since I have installed the windows, the porch has been very comfortable with no wind drafts. I secured the windows by using a one inch molding on each side of the window from top to bottom.

I want you to know that despite the initial problems, the end result produces compliments from all who have visited and we give you the credit for solving the problem created by the workmanship and communications of our contractor.

My dog hit our front window and it shattered. I called one glass company who would come out later that day and provide finished product in a week. I called Palo Verde Glass & Screen (remembered that a friend had used them).

Ron came out that morning and provided an estimate. He even came back later to do another estimate on a sliding door that had been damaged previously; I hadn’t thought of it when he was out the first time, but when I mentioned it to the office later, he came back out. Both windows were replaced/fixed within 2 days. Price was reasonable and we’ve just ordered new shower doors from them.

Overall service was superior, professional, and timely. All interactions with Ron, Debbie, and Cindy have been exceptional.

I purchased a shower door and had it installed by Palo Verde. They also replaced all the screens in my home. My experience with them was extremely pleasant.

This company was willing to give me general estimates over the phone and answered all my questions in a professional manner. When I visited their office they took the time to answer more of my questions. They arrived on time for the free estimate and again to complete the work. I was more than satisfied with the materials and the labor. While they had the opportunity for an additional sale of something I thought I needed, their alternate suggestion was for my benefit, not theirs. There was never a hard sell, just sound advice.

I recommended them to my mother and also a friend who were just as pleased with their results. I am in the process of recommending them to someone else I know and will continue to do so in the future.
